Healing and fasting
Fasting combined with meditation can speed up your healing
process. You can do one day, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, 5-day, 6-day
or 7-day fast. If you do a longer fasting you can expect crisis
around third day. In that crisis you may experience headache,
pain in muscles, feeling of increased weakness. It is important
to be consistent in that period and break a fast. Drink more
water or tea, keep your body warm and comfortable, take time for
meditations, warm bath may be excelent. Usually around fourth
day you should feel better. During the days of fasting it is
much easier to feel your etherical body, you are much more
sensitive. That's why it is so powerful to combine it with
meditations and prayer. It is much easier to do short one-day
fast. You can do it every week or every two-weeks and your body
doesn't become so weak that you must stop your usual daily
activities. You can also do a half-fast eating for instance only
one kind of fruit or vegetable for few days. That's also not so
difficult and brings much healing benefits. As a general rule
you can say that it is advised to eat little and vegetarian,
fresh diet for the best healing, meditative experience.
