Feeling Chunky?

What the heck? The coffee in my cup is cold, my sandwich is half eaten my head set battery is dead, it's 3:00 in the afternoon and I have yet to shower. Sound familiar? I knew it did. It is high season in the world of the home based entrepenuer. We arrive at our desks early in the morn, and ususlly work through lunch and wonder why we look like the "hunch back of Notre Dame" when we finally stagger away from our computers. Well remember there is no honor in being the richest man or woman in the graveyard! For me and many high achievers in our environment, health and fitness goals sometimes takes a back seat to our career and money goals. About a month ago, we discussed the importance of being physically fit and what that does for our self esteem. If your body is strong, so will your attitude be. If your nutrition is high in value, your alertness will increase. And if your stamina is increased, so will your ability to accomplish your goals. Well truth be known, I have found myself feeling a bit out of gas come 3 o'clock, and my britches seem a little more snug than they did just before all of that good eatin' i did this past holiday season. So I invite you to join me in committing to a physical fitness regime that you will follow through with. It is not that difficult really, it boils down to a decision and a little discipline.
