Infrastructure Revitalization to Make Cities People Friendly Again

In many cities they have received additional funding to build walkways and bikeways near infrastructure such as freeways, pipelines, canals, and rivers. In Reno they have done a good job downtown making it walk able, with walk ways along the Truckee River. In Boise Idaho there is a 25 mile mountain bike, horse, jogging path along the river there. In Columbus GA, same thing, a beautiful scenic viewing and walking area and across the river in Alabama you see the reciprocal and it is growing too.

We are extremely excited about these concepts and the ingenuity of the American people to come up with ways to stimulate their economic vitality and provide places for small businesses to excel and prosper, grow and provide tax base and employment. It is truly amazing what we find when we look at what can be done. Most all these projects and hundreds more like them across America are being made possible thru Chambers of Commerce, City Hall, Economic Development Associations and Federal Funding Assistance. It is a good day for our country when we take part in preserving our natural environment and making it available for all. River Walks, bike paths and pathways are good for America as they help us stay fit and help us appreciate the environment which is right there in front of, but in our Internet clicking, channel surfing, SUV driving, plastic paying life, we just failed to notice. Think about it.
