target for sales. Then determine the exact people, money,
advertising and marketing solutions for your business, so you
can achieve your goal. The more thoroughly you plan each stage
of your business activities before you begin, the greater will
be the probability that you will succeed when you do the
operations.
Next is to develop the habit of organizing before you begin.
Organizing means bringing into the open all the resources you
have determined you will require in your planning process. It is
important that you determine the component that you will need
before you begin. If one component may lack, it can mean the
failure of the whole.
