WahlRich Group
ARNO NA announced the closing of its acquisition of a minority
stake in the company previously held by Arno Group GMBH of
Germany. The transaction increases the ownership of the
principals of ARNO NA and allows the two entities to pursue
diverging strategic paths. As part of the reorganization,
Arno-Na has changed its name to the Wahlrich Group LLC
effective immediately.
This strategic move is the result of an evolving divergence of
the business models of the companies. The WahlRich Group,
in addition to being a premier in-store, point-of-sale marketing
agency, will increase its focus on strategic brand consulting
which allows the company to provide a more integrated service to
its clients as their needs evolve. Michael Wahl, CEO of WahlRich
Group, says "this model has been very successful and has enabled
us to provide a new level of thinking to both our larger clients
as well as smaller, emerging businesses. Through this model, we
provide key strategic services to emerging growth brands and
businesses, in part, through equity-based compensation. The
client gains access to a level of marketing services generally
otherwise unavailable to it while WahlRich gains future benefits
through equity participation."
In addition, WahlRich has announced that it has acquired
its strategic partner, The Right Solution Inc., a leading
marketing and brand development group in New York City.
Following many years of working together on numerous projects,
the principals agreed that it would be beneficial at this time
to formalize the relationship under the WahlRich umbrella in
conjunction with the current organizational and growth
initiatives.
The Company has also opened an office in Rhode Island which will
be headed by John Risca.
Clients of WahlRich include Puma, Pillsbury, Nintendo, Mercedes
Benz, Estee Lauder, CVS, Fiji Water, Royal Wine and many other
leading brands.
