2005 - The Year of the Human Dimension

Change is in the air and a growing sense for the need to approach our challenges in a different way. The time seems to be ripe for taking on the challenge of transition, transition leading towards the awakening of the leaders of society recognizing the power behind the Human Dimension.

Looking back at 2004 it becomes obvious that even doing fairly well economically, still means a downsizing in the number of available jobs taking place all over the country. Fewer jobs lead to less income leads to less real purchasing power leads to immense pressure on prices leads to enormous price cuts in order to stay competitive leads to desperate need of cost reduction leads to fewer jobs
