Part 6 of 10 of "What is Life?" is the Admonition Six of Lao Mu and this is what she said:

I am Lao Mu, True Lord of Creation, leading the guards to descend to Earth to give direction to the lost and drop the road of awakening.

Practitioners must practise with true hearts and sincerity. One amiss thought results in a gap of thousands of miles. So be cautious as if standing next to the abyss or walking on thin ice.

Lao Mu admonished the cultivators and righteous to ring the golden bell. Lao Mu is concerned that the children have lost their hearts and set aside the admonition without reading or glancing. The lost and naughty children are really difficult to teach. Lao Mu has sent thousands of Buddhas and Patriarchs to earth and use thousands of methods and plans but none is effective. I have sent letters written in blood repeatedly, but the effort are also in vain. My tears drop like pouring rain and anxious because soon Tao of Heaven will no longer be available to ferry and convert the world. This is why Lao Mu writes in blood the Ten Admonitions.

If you are filial devoted, you need not allow Lao Mu to repeatedly admonish. You should understand the wish of Lao Mu and diligently carry out the mission. From now on, establish yourselves as a role model and hurry to practise Tao. When you think of the mercifulness of Lao Mu, you should also think of your siblings. In the four seas, all are brothers so you should hurry to save them. Set yourself upright first then others to ferry them to Heaven and it is the fundamental of Tao of Heaven. After you attain Tao, help others to achieve the same and wake up those who have not awakened. Those who awaken first should wake up others so that together all will walk the path to enlightenment.

As seniors, you should be vigorous in helping and guiding the juniors. When helping others you must help till they walk on the path to enlightenment. when saving people, you must save them completely, then you truly are heroes. Helping everyone to receive Tao is the wish of Lao Mu. Do not abandon them when they have received Tao, you should continue to care for them. Now the time is critical and extremely urgent, hurry accumulate merits, cultivate virtues and sow the seed of enlightenment in the preaching of Tao. Pressing forward to sow speedily you can receive a high peerage and if you are a step behind and late in sowing, your peerage becomes an illusion.

The practice of Tao does not differentiate between the poor or the wealthy, male or female; all should be diligent. The poor contributes his energy, the rich contributes his wealth then Tao of Heaven can be propagated. By donating wealth and preaching to others, both blessing and wisdom will be full and peerage both in Heaven and on Earth can be attained. Those who can write may serve Heaven by writing to spread Tao of Heaven. Those who can travel may rely messages throughout the mortal world. The grace of Heaven has no favouritism because its virtues encompass all.

The Messengers of God do not have any special interest of their own. Nor do the leaders have any tricks. All the practitioners of Tao practise solely out of their sublime vows they have taken. Those who rely on the name of Buddhas for their livings cannot escape sufferings. Practitioners run back and forth all because of aiming to save the world. Even Immortals, Buddhas and Saints still have to suffer through various difficulties and toils. All are following the Heavenly Decree to preach and save the people. The vows you have taken will be shouldered by Lao Mu if Tao of Heaven is false and this is not to coax you. But yet people still doubt and slander Tao of Heaven.

Shape up your spirit, strengthen your courage and run forward. Even giving up your life you still practise with determination and firm will. Either establish an Altar to gain the first good deed or introduce Tao of Heaven to new regions and have new practitioners to obtain the great merits. If you introduce Tao of Heaven to new regions and bring in new Tao practitioners, Lao Mu will order Immortals and Saints to help you to succeed in building peerage.

Now Tao of Heaven is partially apparent and partially obsure. It is good to accumulate great merits by diligently practising Tao of Heaven. Beware of the timing, opportunities, circumstances and be cautious. For the true Tao of Heaven is secretly selecting sages. Now Heaven has begun the examination yet who realizes it? To become a saint, sage or an immortal depends only on your own diligence. Heaven is selecting 3,600 saints and 48,000 sages and it can be attained by anyone. Those who start late or pace slowly will wait in vain. If you understand the timing, opportunity and the fate, you will return to Heaven. If you are not aware of the timing and fantasize, you cannot escape the catastrophe. Calm down your hearts and meditate for a while then practise and hurry to propagate Tao of Heaven.
