Canadian Judicial Review

Ever feel frustrated by a decision given by government bodies be they UIC,work mens compensation,or any other thing that involves government. There is no need to just walk away with your tail between your legs.First ask yourself did the official contravene any of these conditions.Bias, did he/she base a reason on things other than the what the information stated .Did the official fail to look at all of the facts.Does the official have the official sanction of the act under which your matter is covered. Is the act in fact legal,i.e.has a higher court issued an over turn of a decision reached under the act you are subject.Did the official act in bad faith; such as punish you for another matter by withholding approval.

These are a few reasons for allowing for a Judicial review of your matter.First you must see the officails supervisor and if no result then file for Judicial revue in the relevent court. When all of the papers are submitted a panel of judges will (if the case has merit )consider the action of the offical and if neccessary ask for an overturn or a reconsideration by issuing the relevant writ.It need not cost you a bundle as any duly trained paralegal holding a law diploma should be able to do the paper work.
