Cialis (Tadalafil) 10mg more popular than Viagra
"There are no meaningful differences between Viagra and Cialis
in terms of efficacy, safety, tolerability and side effects.
Both are well-tolerated and had comparable efficacy," said Ian
Eardley, a urologist from St. James Hospital in the United
Kingdom.
"But after our study, 71 percent of patients chose to continue
taking Cialis compared with 29 percent who chose to remain on
Viagra," he said.
The above statement makes it clear that Cialis is more popular
than Viagra. The reason, many say, is because Cialis lasts
longer, up to 36 hours.
The findings were based on his open label clinical study of 367
patients with erectile dysfunction. The study consisted of a
four-week, treatment-free baseline assessment period, two
12-week treatment periods, separated by a 7-to-10-day washout
period and an 8-week-extension period.

Erectile dysfunction is the name for what the lay man calls
'Impotence'. But, Impotence is a very general term while
erectile dysfunction refers specifically to the inability to get
or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. It can
be a total inability to achieve an erection, a tendency to
sustain only brief erections, an inconsistent ability to do so.
