How to get your customers on your side

The way to win over your customers is to, obviously, offer great value to your market. Give them a product thats many times over what the expected and more valuable than the price you are charging for it. Offer them great value and great products, and you will gain their trust and their business. Then anytime you release a new product or offer, they wont think twice before ordering from you again. This article is directed towards information marketing (one of the best business ideas out there), but you can apply them generally to any business. Some of the benefits to selling information products are: No Inventory Free or low cost to create You can create a perpetual income by selling something you only have to create once Everything can be automatic and is electronic Work from your home computer So how do you create this awesome value that will leave your customers begging for more ? Under-promise, and over-deliver! If you are selling something, give them a great free bonus after they order, or multiple smaller bonuses. If you are giving away free stuff (free reports sent to their email, viral marketing, and other promotions) give them more then they were expecting. You will gain their trust by giving them more then they even expected to get and will be glad to order from you, or buy from you gain. Just make sure you aren't using your great selling points, that should be used to sell your product, as your free gifts. You should use something that is not a super-strong selling point, but they would surely still be happy to receive. Also you'll want to make sure that when emailing your customers from your opt-in email lists that you should be creating, you don't send out too many promotions. This could turn them off completely from future emails and they wont even bother opening your mail anymore. Another great way to get your customers respect is to give them something no one else is. Research your competitors and find out what is left out of their materials most often. Whats missing from their materials that your customers would find incredibly valuable ? Then offer your product with that missing information in it for less than your competitor's courses, and you got yourself a lot more value than your competitor.
