Seven Keys to Unlock Prosperity - Maxims to Happiness,Contentment and Prosperity Introduction There seems to be a moment, in people's lives, when something happens that can change them - for better or for worse. This moment can change their life far greater than they ever could have imagined. It's a pivotal point where a choice is available, even by not making a choice lives change. The 'Seven Keys to Unlock Prosperity' is about life changing moments. Life changing moments are about insight. Insight may result in happiness, contentment or prosperity. Insight is about uncovering and understanding a secret to life. As life appears complex, secrets make life easier. Secrets can make some part of your life simpler. The more secrets you can uncover the simpler life can become. Surprisingly, secrets have always been available for us we just don't take the time to uncover them. We lose sight of them or don't take any notice of them. A secret is something that: * Has always existed; * Is known by others however may not have been revealed to you * Once uncovered provides an opportunity to simplify your life by allowing you to view your life from a different perspective, and a secret * Can change your happiness, contentment and prosperity. You can choose to see what's happening around you differently or you can choose to see them the same way as you do now. It's up to you. The reason behind presenting these keys is to help others achieve greater happiness, contentment and prosperity more quickly. This may mean achieving greater monetary reward, greater feeling of wellness just or getting more from your life today. If you choose to try the keys, the outcome can be greater contentment with your life. The keys are not a doctrine, just viewpoints and a challenge. The challenge is to receive the 'aha' moment. See if you can use the keys to unlock your life and achieve prosperity faster. The 'Seven Keys to Unlock Prosperity' are secrets uncovered or exposed - so to speak. Once uncovered, people's lives change. Those that have taken action on their insight change their lives. Those people do something about getting ahead in life starting with what they have. When you deliberately act on something, you make a difference - you change yourself and your world forever. Many times when the simplicities of life are uncovered, people say I know that! Then they say 'they don't work for me!' Well, that's probably correct.... for those people, they are not willing to try out anything new. So just before they keys are uncovered, let's recall the story about becoming new again: Anecdote: There is a story about Nan-In, a Japanese Zen master during the Meiji period (1868-1912). Nan-In received a university professor into his home. The professor came to listen about Zen. Nan-In served tea. He filled the visitor's cup and then kept pouring. The professor watched the overflowing cup until he could no longer restrain himself. "It's overfull, no more will go in!" exclaimed the professor. "Like this cup" said Nan-In, "you are full of your own opinions and speculations. How can I show you Zen unless you first empty your cup?" Our cup is usually filled to the brim with the obvious, common sense and the self evident. As you read on, you are asked to set your opinions and personal viewpoints aside temporarily. Let your mind flow with ideas as you read. If you find your thoughts challenging the ideas, that is acceptable. While you read, however, for this time, drop those thoughts let them go, return to the beginners mind. Now, let's identify the 'Seven Keys to Unlock Prosperity'..... The 'Seven Keys': The 'Seven Keys' are personal insights; they give you an opportunity to think about how life is and your part in it. They are deliberately challenging to offer you a choice in the way you go forward. We live in a material world. What you get from this world is influenced by thoughts and views of what's going on. The thoughts and views may be your own or influenced by others viewpoints and opinions. What you do as an outcome of the 'Seven Keys to Unlock Prosperity' is up to you - you control your own thoughts and actions. You may choose to see abundance. You may choose to receive prosperity. Or, you may uncover contentment and confidence in knowing you are enjoying your life the best you can. If you feel trapped, or feel you like you are a victim of circumstance, or you feel as if you are locked into the wrong lifestyle, the 'Seven Keys' offer you a choice. You can choose to start changing your life for the better by following what they uncover to you. They are presented in a spirit of sharing and good will. The choice will be exposed. You may chose to park them for future use or you may chose to share them with others to benefit from. You may choose to try them out and experience the outcome. However, the minimum you can get from the 'Seven Keys' is something to think about or discuss with others. In summary the 'Seven Keys to Unlock Prosperity' are: 1) Everything is a gift or a lesson 2) Give what you want to get back 3) Trust is extremely important 4) Take charge of your exploitation 5) Everybody needs a plan 6) Be optimistic, there's plenty to go around 7) It's what you think that's important These are expanded on in sections. 'Reflective Insight' As you read each section it is suggested you note down your thoughts and ideas that arise. You could create a file on your laptop, PC or in a workbook titled 'Seven Keys and How they apply to me'. Note down your immediate thoughts of how your situations could be impacted by applying the key you are reading. As you complete each section, reflect on each key point covered. Do this immediately you have completed reading the key. It is important to reflect on the key immediately so you can rehearse and reinforce the benefits that you can receive. In your workbook - write the heading (or similar so it makes sense to you): If > list the key point< , how could I apply it everyday? Under that heading list examples from your life and how you could have thought differently about each situation or how you could have acted differently now that you have uncovered the key. In each instance list how you would have benefited and felt as a result of applying the key. For example, in your workbook write: If everything is a gift or lesson, how could I use it to benefit me? Now contemplate on what has happened during the day. As you do think about how everything is a 'gift or a lesson'. As you identify something that has happened that day - good or bad - reflect on whether it was a gift or lesson. Once you consider it as one or the other, reflect on how you could have handled the situation or event differently and how by knowing the maxim your life is better Continue to explore the key and how it can be applied in your life, consider the value it can add to your life and what speculate on the benefits you could receive by accepting the key that can unlock your prosperity. Say the key to yourself repeatedly and contemplate the question, writing down all the possibilities. Write what you think down - think about benefits, good feelings and possibilities. As you do more insight will come about how the keys can unlock your prosperity. You may have a situation coming up soon that is important and you would like to have it go well for you. Write down the situation and contemplate what can happen as you let the key work to benefit you. Each key offers you new insight. To gain the insight, affirm the maxim and write down how it can work in your life to make it more prosperous. Do this for each of the 'Seven Keys' as they are delivered to you.
