Famous Psychics - Nostradamus

Probably one of the most famous psychics of all time is also one of the oldest. Nostradamus was born on December 14, 1503, in St. Remy de Provence. Nostradamus was a psychic who used science to develop his visions. Many people called him the prophet of doom because many of the things that he saw dealt with death and war. His followers claim that he predicted the rise of Adolph Hitler. They say he also foresaw the French Revolution, the great fire of London, and the tragic destruction of the space shuttle Discovery. In 1554 Nostradamus began the overwhelming task of writing a book about his prophecies. The reason this was so overwhelming is because the number of his prophecies were uncountable. He slaved over his writing day and night using books of the occult to back up his visions. The main source of his writings came from the book "De Mysteriis Egyptorum." It wasn't until the year 1555 that the first part of his book, "Les Propheties" was completed. This book contained prophecies from 1555 until his famed vision of the end of the world. The book, as it was up to that point, became very popular in France and the rest of Europe. However, he was unable to finish the project and died in 1556. Those who consider themselves experts on Nostradamus, and there are plenty of them around, believe that about 50% of all of his predictions have already come true. A few of these visions involve the coming of the antichrist. These same experts all unanimously agree that two of the antichrists, which Nostradamus saw, have already walked the Earth. One being Adolph Hitler and the other being Napoleon. According to Nostradamus' prophecy, the first antichrist would be named Pau Nay Oloron. This is actually an anagram for Napaulon Roy, Roy meaning King in French. Or completely translated, King Napoleon. The second antichrist he saw coming he named Hister, which his followers to this day truly believe to be Hitler. Even though these two antichrist predictions are said to be understood, his third one has yet to be solved. Many believe the anagram for the third antichrist is "Mabus" and refers to Osama Bin Laden. This is based on a verse of this that reads, "Terror from the sky in 1999 and 7 months" which was very close to the time when the World Trade Center towers were attacked. Unfortunately the prophecies of Nostradamus are very difficult to interpret. Many have studied them over the centuries since his death and many have been baffled by them. It appears that each vision is actually just a part of a larger picture and without each piece of the puzzle it would be difficult if not impossible to understand his visions. Many believe that it will only be when mankind truly is concerned with its destiny and possible destruction that the great minds of that time will finally be able to understand what Nostradamus wrote and his prophecy will be clearly understood.
