Believe it or not Hurricane Killing is in our future. In the past six decades we have been playing games with our weather ever since the modern age. In fact there is now a Military Research mandate calling for the controlling of the Weather by 2025. It will become a force multiplier, meaning it will be in addition to any military effort. A helping hand from Mother Nature so to speak, the weather helped allied forces in the Invasion of Normandy and D-Day. I know because my grandfather D.K. Winslow was in a hot air balloon 150 clicks off the coast of New Jersey calling out the weather and studying the weather patterns crossing the Atlantic to give clues to the weather. In fact Eisenhower did choose to use the cover of the weather to hide allied forces from the Germans in a surprise landing figuring the Germans knew of an evasion, just not when, assuming they would not expect anyone to try such during such weather. Think again.
