Police Cars now have digital video to use in court in case anything happens such as someone shooting at them, trying to escape or sues the policeman for unnecessary roughness, improper procedure or sexual harassment. Some modern technology is now reading license plates and sending in the information to a central computer to run the plates in case the car is stolen or the driver/owner has wants or warrants? Makes sense right? Sure it does, but why can
