New Orleans is Finally Dry

The City of New Orleans is now dry thanks to the great work of the United States Army Corp of Engineers. Now the City of New Orleans awaits the next big storm to fill the soup bowl back up. Even so the re-building efforts go on. Schools to be re-open, businesses to resume and residents to move back to the under sea level city.
