Water for Southern California

Can we fill up Mono Lake and use this water to supply Southern California with here water needs? By super heating moist air coming thru the mountain passes and thus the clouds are boxed in and cannot make it over the next mountain range without dropping the water as rain?

I bring this idea to you because, I see a need right here at home, in our own backyard and I see all the components necessary to make it happen. We have the energy supply from the wind moving through the canyon by utilizing simple wind generators to power up the lasers. We have and I have seen them while flying over in a private aircraft such land formations to make this happen.

I would like to point out Mono Lake, which was drained to supply water to the greater Los Angeles area, which could be re-filled again and again and keep the metropolitan water district serving the greater Southern California area with an abundance of water. By rearranging the chaos that we call weather and using the patterns that nature has given us in the earth system through the timeless characteristics and events causing the erosion due to weather, plate Techtonics we can fill and refill the lake forever with a natural reservoir and catch basin and all we have to do is turn on the facet.

By using such techniques for fresh water supplies along with the technology of desalination we can modify our regional systems and modify our environment to supply us with what we need. This is only one example and it can be done provided we do not get embroiled in controversial court cases as to the legitimacy of man modifying the systems which are shared by many species. Think on it, as you can see I have.
