Portable Crowd and Protestor Control Systems

Each year we see protest groups which get out of hand in their protests, attempting to disrupt meetings or events. Often the police and security professionals have to find easy and simple ways to subdue them. Obviously in our nation people have the right to protest and freedom of speech, but when they cross the line and get out of hand something must be done.

Police agencies spend millions of dollars on crowd control and security for events every year. There needs to be another way to prevent these folks from their protests. I therefore propose hooking up a system, which will send bright lights into the crowd a eye level if the crowd gets too loud and rowdy. The system would respond to the threat based on the actual loudness and rowdiness of the crowd; if the crowd calms down so to the brightness of the lights will also dim. The lights will never be enough to blind anyone, but you will not be able to look at it, without turning away. I propose that this system run completely off of human energy and requiring no power from the power grid. This will mean it will still work even if the power goes out. How can this be made you ask?

By designing a system, which uses the noise and chaos of the crowd we can power up energy generation units by using electromagnetic generation. By placing large sheets with tubes lined with copper going perpendicular to the sound with taunt coating sheets, which vibrate like a drum, which will move tiny magnets inside. These magnets will light up thousands of tiny LED lights and temporarily blind the crowds making easy to subdue them. As the population increases our civilization will face more rowdy crowds of hostile intent and vindictive protestors who wish to cause harm. Since this technology currently exists, it is time to start using it for all we can so we do not have to plug it in power sources in the field, think on this.
