Hurricane Wilma Records

Hurricane Wilma grew to a 175 mile per hour storm in 12 hours from a category one Hurricane. This of course makes it a Category V and its eye wall is only two-miles across now down from 4-miles across when it was a Category IV Hurricane. Its center as a Category 4 Hurricane was at a low-pressure area of 901 mb with 155 mile per hour winds, now it is at Cat V Ominous Mega Super Hurricane at only 892 mb, which makes it the second strongest Hurricane on record. The lowest and strongest Hurricane ever on record was 888 with the 1988 Hurricane Gilbert, which unfortunately made its record only 222 miles north of where Super Cat V Hurricane Wilma is right now.
