Clutter is one source of a great deal of stress. Clutter drains your energy, weighs you down and gets in the way.
The disorganization that naturally comes with clutter is stressful as well. We all know that tight frustrated feeling you geet when you have to have something but just cannot find it.
Clutter than can be eliminated
What has not been used in so long that you really do not need it? Your closet, that catch-all for clutter, is a great place to get started. If you have not worn it in a year and it has no sentimental value, throw it away or give it away.
In your car
Does your car look like you live in it? Are there grocery lists or packages from the '90's somewhere inside?
The commute to work or anywhere else is much more comfortable when you are not surrounded by trash.
In your office
