We are getting closer and closer to being able to control our own weather. Well, the next storm up will be tropical depression number 26. Well what a perfect number to Beta Test our abilities to make a Hurricane. We have cloud-seeding abilities, airborne lasers, Ionisphere ELF bouncing, microwave and an array of other things to practice with. By creating Tropical Storms or Hurricanes we can learn about how to steer them and then if they are going to hit a city like Houston, simply hit an area where the population density is low. Or if they are going to hit Tampa Bay steer them to come ashore near a swamp area near the Everglades?

If we have a drought well then create a cyclical tropical storm and run it up the coast a bit and then allow it to rain fill up reservoirs and then send it back across the ocean into cooler waters. If we have the unfortunate eventuality of being in a war, use the storm to take out power lines, fuel supply routes and make the roads impassible to the enemy.

We really need weather control for the health and wealth of our nation and now is as good a time to start as any. We have a few more days perhaps four or five to get ready for TS Beta and we can make that our Beta Test storm project. We are getting close to the end of the Tropical Hurricane season and will probably not get too far past Tropical Storm or Hurricane Epsilon, so this is a good opportunity to practice controlling the weather and thus a good opportunity to learn how to protect the future of our nation.
