Read this Article if You Want to Run Away

Often when people get into very stressful situations they will wish to run away. So if you are reading this article you must be under some stress in your life. Such stress can be fear which is self induced or coming from an external source or belief. Whether it is a real or perceived threat which you fear is immaterial, as you are still under the genetic influence of the fight or flight innate characteristics of the human make-up.

Many species have a similar set of thresholds in their genetic make-up and the human animal is quite a bit the same. For instance an animal my fight with a smaller or perceived less dangerous opponent, yet flee when confronted with a larger threat to their safety of lives in the case of being chased or hunted by a known predatory animal. If we fear for our safety or are threatened by a loss, those are generally the two choices that humans have, stay and fight or run away. Sometimes in more civilized societies like ours, you are safe to throw up you hands and simply walk away.

In less serious stressful situations we often find our citizens with compounded stress from many different directions and these build up, often causing people to run away, just want to get away. This wanting to run away whether you ever do or not is a totally natural genetic option and it is one that is perfectly acceptable to be thinking of. This does not mean you should not reconsider such a notion, but the thought is perfectly natural, with tons of evolutionary proof in our species and hundreds of thousands of examples in the animal kingdom. It is better to face your stress, fears and challenging situations the best you can. But you should know where these thoughts are coming from and so I thought I might enlighten you on that point. Think on it for me.
