Cleanse Your Body

Holiday season is almost upon us and our suggestion is.......Cleanse Your Body Now.

You are probably asking: 'Why should I detox my body before Thanksgiving and Christmas?'

Your body, and especially your colon is like a sweage system. Just imagine your town's garbage collection staff went on strike over the Holiday season? Loads and loads of trash would be piled along the streets. Infestation, rats, prestilence etc. would be the result.

This is exactly what happened to your colon this year. Now, don't get me wrong, you will not have rats in your system, however, you may invite the wrong 'inhabitants' and you end up with worms, or worse.

When you were younger, you had none or a lot less problems with your bowel movements. Your stool was regular and you did not have to take 'stuff' in form of OTC or presribed medication to go to the bathroom.

After years of not being cleansed, the colon muscle tends to slow down and get lazy. That can lead to irregular and infrequent bowel movements, such as once every two or three days - to even once a week or less.

Is that you?

Did you know that for every meal you eat today, you should have a bowel movement the same number of times tomorrow? For example, if you eat two large meal today, you should have two large bowel movements tomorrow.

Do you have the correct number of bowel movements?

If not, what can you do to fix the problem? No, laxatives are not the answer in the long run. What you need is a complete intestinal cleanse.

Read up on our great free 5-day diet that you can start today, so that you can enjoy all your holiday meals without problems and start the new year with a healthier and cleaner body. Wouldn't that be nice?
