The Ezine Publisher Feature on EzineArticles.com

Here's a tip for web article submitters and article content seekers. If you plan to pick up other people's articles and use them in your email newsletter, blog or the pages of your website...

You will need either one of two article formats - Plain Text, or HTML-formatted.

Chris Knight and the EzineArticles.com team have made it really easy for you to access your articles or the articles of other authors, and pop that text in wherever you like in a jiffy. Here's how you can do it in record time.

1. Just go to the author name (if you're using your own articles, go to YOUR author name).

2. Locate the article you need and click Ezine Publisher on the right.

3. Go to the box containing the format you need - Plain Text or HTML (more about this in a minute).

4. Hit Control-A, and Control-C.

5. Go back to the place where you would like to paste the article and hit Control-V. Your article text will flow in.

If you're pasting the article text into...

- the source of a web page

- another website's web editor that allows you to enter html

- an email that will go to a web designer who needs HTML

... then highlight the text in the box that's labeled HTML-FORMATTED.

If you're pasting the article text into...

- An article entry box that accepts already-formatted text (meaning what you see is what you get)

- An article entry box that accepts plain text only

- An email that will NOT be sent in HTML form

- A document for your own records (not for display on a web page)

... then hightlight the article text in the box that's labeled PLAIN TEXT.

I find the EzineArticles.com Ezine Publisher a godsend, especially when I'm bulk-submitting my articles on the web and need access to both formats. I hope you're making use of this handy feature, too!
