Live Your Day With Depression

Sometimes the hardest thing to do when you are depressed is to get out of bed. It's very easy to stay in bed and not do anything, but the first step to getting better is to get out of bed. Why is this important? Staying in bed is a very easy way to exacerbate the condition. Inactivity does nothing to stimulate your mind and you will find that you might start to get more depressed as you get annoyed with your inactivity.

The first thing to do is move into the kitchen and eat something healthy. Cereal or some fruit would be a good start.
