Young Buck

Young Buck also known as David Darnell Brown was born in Nashville, Tennessee on the 15th of March, 1981. A down south rapper and well established member of the G-Unit. Prior to his union with G-Unit, Young Buck was an alleged drug dealer. He decided in 2000 to attempt a career in rapping. Buck was on tour and during a business outing to New York, he ran into Banks, 50 Cent, and Yayo, shortly after that he was signed to Dre and 50's G Unit Records.

Young Buck comes from the Dirty South rap scene, and he often uses southern lingo to provide evidence of his validity. His debut album called Straight Outta Cashville, a reference to N W A's legendry album Straight Outta Compton, was out on the 27th of July 04. It incorporated the hit tracks Let Me In and Shorty Wanna Ride and opened in the billboard charts at a respectable no three.

Around the time of Nov 16th 04, the Californian cops put out a warrant for David Darnell Browns immediate arrest because of to a alleged knife attack occurrence at the 04 Vibe Magazine Music Awards. The rap music legend Dre was attacked during the event in which Buck launched in to help Dre. Surveillance videos had images of David diving in at the attacker with his blade. He was immediately charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He gave himself up to the cops around the 20th of Nov. Buck soon after that came to an agreement on the case. Not even a year later David Darnell Brown was under arrest again, as well as Banks, for gun possession after an event in NY. This happened after their suv ran a red light which inevitably resulted in them being caught with fire arms.

Now in recent times, Buck created a brand new section of Aftermath, G Unit, Shady now called G Unit South aka Cashville Records and his first signing to his label is his long time friend and partner D Tay. His follow up album, set to be put out sometime during 06, it is supposedly called Buck All Y all.
