It seems the Supreme Court is like a pendulum. Some believe the Supreme Court should not be a political event the way it is today, but that is the way it currently is. It would be nice if no one ever tried to stack the Supreme Court, but since it appears to have always been done in this fashion; well now the pendulum will now swing back again.
