Most of those who have been thru Earthquakes fear the tremblers for the rest of their lives. And indeed there is something very unsettling about the ground, we once thought so sturdy shaking under our feet. It appears to play havoc on out belief system and feeling of well being and safety. Almost suggesting that nothing your life is safe at all and that in an instant it could all be over without warning.
