No More Out Of Body Experiences

Have you ever had the experience of feeling "present" in your body? This is often accompanied with feelings of great vitality, inner peace, comfort, joy, contentment, motivation, self confidence, self esteem, and a feeling of being in the flow or in the zone.

Some experience this during or after a meditation, after vigorous exercise, after being out in nature, or after having had an emotionally moving experience such as listening to beautiful music.

What does it mean to say that "one is more present" at some times and less at others? Basically it means that there is an experience of "one's self", which I call the Self, that is apparently separate from that of the experience of the body itself. It also says that, for some reason, these two are not always in alignment with each other.

Some refer to the experience of the Self as the Essence of the Person, the Spirit, the Soul, etc. So according to this simple discussion it appears that the Self tends to fluctuate in its relationship to the body itself. Common examples of such fluctuations are dissociation, astral travel, remote viewing, out of body experiences, and death itself.

If you have ever felt present in you body then I think you will likely say that it felt like a rewarding and desirable experience. If so then I would like to pose a question for you to consider. Why is it that "you" would ever wish to leave your body if this is so desirable?

Believe it or not, you do have a choice as to whether you are fully present in your body. Some think that they don't have such a choice

Most people tend to spend a great deal of time out of alignment with their body because they fear the emotional pain that may be stored there as a result of past trauma. So in other words this trauma, in a manner of speaking, "forces" one out of their body.

What is the consequence to your body when this happens? Well if you are the "life force" that nurtures your body and keeps it functioning optimally what happens to it when you are not there.

Working with a tool called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) individuals have been able to release old emotional trauma from their "body" and thereby reclaim their right to their own bodies. The results are nothing short of remarkable including, spontaneous healing, reclaimed youthfulness and vitality, and feeling more fully alive than ever before.
