Since when is it okay to purport and misrepresent truth to the United States Congress? Recently the Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Division's Anti-SPAM Group put forth a report claiming SPAM was on the decline by 9%. Yet, none of us have seen a nine percentile decrease? The data set was taken from an internal report given to a worker bee at the Federal Trade Commission by MXLogic. Now then I want a full investigation of how this fabricated information got into an official report to my United States Congress. I want to know who coaxed this company to put forth this data, who at the FTC was involved, and empirical proof that this data is correct.
