New Orleans Prediction for Rebuilding in 2006

New Orleans will be rebuilt and already the President of the United States, George Bush has put forth a well-thought out proposal for 3.1 Billion dollars to rebuild the levee system there. Many wonder if this can be completed before the start or the 2006 Tropical Hurricane Season. Some say no way and others say it is possible, but highly improbable as nothing that government ever does gets done that fast.

The current predictions are that the rebuilding of the levees must be done in sections, with the weakest links being done first and should be completed if expedited by 2008, but more likely by 2010 with cost over runs not more than one billion smack-a-roos and that is without the typical graft and corruption notorious to those with French Ancestry.
