Not For Sale

I heard a news report that said the revolving door between government servants and corporate executives gives the appearance that government is for sale. It may appear that way but the United States Government was purchased for a credit card ninety years ago, by corporate money lenders. The United States will not be on the market again until the credit bill, the national debt, is paid. Rest easy, there will be no change in ownership.

What appears to be government for sale is only the favoritism the owners show for corporations they already own, control or intend to. It is all in the family and all in the bag. Those who can issue six trillion dollars worth of credit to one country, can buy almost anything they want, including you and me.

What is causing the lenders distress is their inability to buy radical fundamentalists. Such do not respond to bribes from lenders. Their religion, along with that of Jews and Christians, forbids doing business with money lenders. Remember the ruckus Jesus caused when He found them in the temple? Do you remember what He said of them?

Most moderates have no problem with our owners and do business with them on a regular basis. That leaves it to the radicals to put things right in the world and they resent our lack of assistance. They take it upon themselves to destroy the symbols of our owners and cause them great economic losses. If they kill or hurt a few thousand moderates, so what? They have a job to do. No one can stop them and they know it. Moderates have met their match. Can't just go along to get along much longer. It is no longer enough to know your enemy. You need to know what your enemy knows. Every counter strike increases their resolve and their numbers. They will never stop short of total victory. They are worthy of admiration on that basis alone. Disrespect will gain us no mercy, only more death and destruction.

There are a hundred thousand more radicals today than two years ago. In a few years, there will be millions more. What are we going to do about it? Elect new moderates? The radicals have nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. Moderates are not going to take them away. If you are betting on Christians and lions, the smart money is betting on the lions.

If we don't believe in prophecy, we might do well to believe less of what we hear and more of what we see and sense. Our owners can only take so much loss and then their house falls down. All those in favor of going down with the house, need only live that long. Some prefer to go early, ahead of the house. Young Americans are already trading lives and limbs for free education, moderate patriotism and regular pay days. Many more are lining up to sacrifice. Who is going to stop them? Moderates? Radicals? Owners? Onward Christian soldiers!

The war on terrorism cannot be won with violence any more than a war on drugs or poverty. All the wars fought the last century were only won by owners and their favored corporations. Every one else lost every war they arranged for us, whether we directly participated or not. Surviving casualties still struggle to survive, often living on our streets.

What is the total global debt today? Who are the top ten holders of this debt? What percentage of this total is held by each of the top ten? Those who can answer these questions, either know the owners or are the owners. Very simple after all. I must be a radical. Moderates do not ask such questions. Fear not, I wish no harm for moderates.

The only war the people can possibly win is the one they refuse to fight by the politicians' rules of engagement. This is why guerillas succeed where armies fail. Even moderates are discovering this - too late. The moderates of America have forfeited this one already. Moderate Americans have steadfastly refused to honor treaties and business contracts with native Americans for 150 years. Too busy pleasing owners and fighting no win wars. Moderate America has refused to pay damages to the descendants of African slaves for 140 years. Moderate America has turned its back on most of the world's suffering. Soon moderate America will settle accounts in blood.

A self righteous and hypocritical U.S. Congress authorizes war anywhere, at the discretion of the President, who then has no need to make a case for any war he wants. Then Congress says he is a bad man because he goes to war unprepared for the aftermath. Now they say there is no need to help the Iraqis further with "their" credit card. They would clearly rather pay in blood, just as long as it isn't their blood. Some of them claim the credit would be better spent at home. Most of us know that if it is spent at all, it will certainly not be well spent. It will buy votes for the next election.

Imagine we are in the banking business. We have lobbied for a law that says we can issue checks to borrowers in any amount, provided the borrower guarantees payment of only the annual interest, and we cleverly get this law passed. One big borrower is much better than millions of small ones. Ten large borrowers are even better. We know the loans will never be repaid and so do the borrowers. We can live like the kings we are on the interest, forever. Just for writing checks. Pretty good scam huh? It is taxpayers who make it all possible. That is why the income tax was created at the same time the credit card was issued. Maybe you learned that in school.

Recently the Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve bank branch went on TV to tell us that the Bush tax cut simply becomes a financial burden on his children and grandchildren. I was pleased to learn they will pay for it. He went on to say the next two generations will be paying 25 to 35% of their earnings in payroll taxes. It is far more likely they will be unemployed and paying no taxes at all. Even if they followed their jobs to other countries, they would not be paying any U.S. taxes on an income of five dollars per day.

The limit on the national credit card is reached when the nation can no longer make the interest payments. All is not lost at this point. Like any other poor country, we can ask for and receive some relief from the owners. They will reduce the interest rates or forgive part of the debt. This will force Congress to balance the budget, which will then be 80 or 90% interest and the rest for government payroll. My point is those in Congress who posture about deficits and national debt, are only posturing. They know they have no choice but to borrow until it is no longer possible. Then it will be someone else's problem. Don't be fooled by their words.

If you were rich and had servants, like you think you do, and you gave them your credit cards, how long do you think they would serve you? This is what our servants did ninety years ago. They stole our credit card and they have been servicing the owners ever since.

The owners love wars because nobody can afford to wage them without borrowing. The year after they issued the credit card to our servants, they started World War I. I bet the moderates thought the war was just one of those things. That the cause they give in a school history book is the whole story. Not so. Once the servants signed the contract, there was no time to lose in generating global debt. The greater the debt, the more the owners can dictate government policies that further increase the debt.

If you think sseven trillion dollars is a lot of debt for ninety years of credit, it will double in ten more years because the owners want it to. All this while their public managers issue warnings on TV. If they can help Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, Russia, Eastern Europe, South and Central America as they charge up our card, why shouldn't they do it? Who will stop them? I like the idea of buying good will with whatever credit is left. Of course, constant war and Homeland Security will cut deeply into the good will spending. There will be no real economic crisis, reform or budget balancing until the national card has reached its limit. Let us encourage government to spend like there is no tomorrow and ignore all the posturing.
