Oil and Natural Resources:

I do not want to diminish the concerns about oil in the international Hegelian Dialectic which has so much to do with the recent wars as the above author makes note of; I do wish to inform people that resource rip-offs and outright theft of art, artifacts, gold and jewels was the name of the game long before the 20th Century. It was the reason bio-weapons were used to take America away from the likes of the Incas who are white leaders of a very progressive Empire larger than the one they left in Italy as the Ostrogoths.
