Spirituality: Envisioning A New Reality

We all are born into this reality with a care free attitude and an expansive playful imagination. These two components are crucial to us because they allow us the flexibility to create our desired reality.

Unfortunately as we grow up we run up against various "shoulds" and "should nots" that condition our future behavior and thinking, and severely restrict these two important traits.

Of course we are told that the "shoulds" and "should nots" are supposed to be for our best interests. This is the seductive lie that causes them to become embedded in our minds and bodies. Or rather we come to believe that we will not survive unless we adopt these limitations, so we capitulate.

The end result is that we find ourselves living in a reality that is not to our liking and one that we "think" we cannot easily change. We learn to believe that the limitations are inherent in the reality itself. They however don't stem from the reality but from our conscious and unconscious beliefs about what is possible.
