b) Exercise: Helps in building the muscles and makes a person stronger and healthier. There are three main essentials that need to be noted before beginning this activity a) Choose an exercise program that suits your body and exercise only the specific muscles you want to build b) Strengthen a muscle to make it work more than the usual capacity c) Increase the exercise intensity gradually.

c) Diet: You are required to follow a healthy diet which helps in building size and strength. Consult a physician to begin a wholesome diet.
