Just look at the websites for yourself, they're all exactly the same with the same trashy misinformation bulging out of every orifice, trying to get your visitors to part with their hard earned cash with products that promise much and deliver absolutely nothing.
These sites main purpose are to build their link popularity on search engines increasing the traffic flow to their product selling websites, imagine having thousands of sites promoted by people like yourself all selling their lovely crap products, they are bound to get enough sales to make them financial better off, but you will see little or no benefit for all your hard work and efforts.
