Healthy Diet for a Happy Life

A healthy diet is the most important for a happy life. Exercise and healthy diets are the two main factors for growth and maintenance of a healthy body. Being obese increases the risk of diabetes, heart attack, blood pressure, breathing problems, arthritis, osteoarthritis etc.

Excess weight is a major problem faced my millions of people in the United States. One fifth of the population of US adults is overweight. According to several medical journals, US has never had so much of obese population ever before. Taking right type of foods helps a lot in maintaining a good health.

Eating foods, which are high in fat and having lots of carbohydrates, is not good for health. Taking more aerated drinks is very bad for health. So try to avoid it. Drink lots of water, soymilk or low fat milk. Exercise daily or at least 5 days a week. Cycling, Jogging or any aerobic exercise for 30 minutes a day helps the body relieve stress and maintain a healthy body.

Most of the people try to take food even when their stomach is full. While watching TV, playing video games, they keep eating even when their stomach is full.
