Solar Energy Prospects

Solar Energy is not yet the ultimate solution to meet our power needs, but it remains one of the cleanest sources of renewable energy on the planet, and solar panels are becoming cheaper and more efficient with each passing year.

Several prominant watchgroups have reported that despite the shocking rise in costs of producing electricity by conventional fossil fuels over the last 12 months, solar panels prices have hardly changed, the price difference hovering around a mere 2%. It seems that compared to other sources of energy, electricity produced from solar panels is becoming more affordable for the average person.

Solar power may just be the ticket to meet our energy needs as we notice a rapid bell-curve decline in the amount of remaining fossil fuels. Increased affordability and stimuli from tax incentives may bolster solar panel consumption worldwide in the coming years.
