A Change of Conversation?

Tedious complicated and expensive diets and compounds may be a choice during this season but not a necessity. Common sense should prevail over eating habits with the odd chocolate not prohibited but probably not always wanted.

Every symptom is different and each body will respond differently to each one. This should not require constant ordering, mixing, blending, calendar marking or deep personal analysis.

Each body will be strengthened on simple, basic food from the local area. Even if it is needing the complex prescriptions at times these will respond better to common sense eating not organizing the lifestyle and the wallet. A further benefit is the notable improvement to the mind.

The wallet can also be improved and how this is managed is entirely up to you.

By now we all know what is available, what is necessary for consumption for each body and the responses to this content on each body.

This will respond in its own unique way to a vast amount of change. It is therefore requiring a higher level of quality vitamins, fibre, content but maybe not calories. The content of a basic, long term eating pattern may need some change but not a stress level dietary arrangement.

This experience has been happening for a few thousand years now. Challenges may have become more complex and more prolific but the telephone and the computer have grown in use.
