Begin A Mental Workout

Whenever you face a dilemma that seems unsolvable, give yourself a mental workout by asking yourself the right questions.

The right questions make you think of a solution to the problem. They get your mind working (even while you sleep) until you come up with the right answer to your question.

For instance, if you're stuck in a day job but you'd rather be your own boss and have a flexible, fulfilled life, don't ask 'why do I lead such a drab existence?' or some such question. If you do, your mind will start working hard to find out just why your life is drab. Imagine how depressed you'll feel when that's all you think about.

Instead ask yourself 'How can I get out of this situation? How can I create the lifestyle I want? What can I do today to get me out of this treadmill?'. This second line of questioning will immediately get your mind working to find the right answer to that question. You will feel upbeat and hopeful. Better still, you'll begin to have all sorts of ideas for you to try out. One of those ideas will be the one you're looking for.

So begin today to monitor the questions you ask yourself.

If there's something you need to buy and your first thought is ' I can't afford that', STOP yourself from thinking along those lines and change that thought into a question 'How can I raise the funds I need?'. You'll be surprised what a little mental workout can do for you.

You won't have the right answers until you ask the right questions.

Go ahead and do it. When you think of the possible results you can have, don't you feel excited? Just ask yourself how to make it happen, and get to work with the ideas you come up with.

Enjoy your mental workout!
