Breakthrough Cure for a Dry Cough

Your constant dry cough may not be the result of a sore throat or the onset of the flu. It may respond well to a technique I have used for some time now - with great success.

Many mature males suffer from a constant dry cough which manifests itself in unexpected bouts. It is often worst early morning when you first rise for the day. It's also most noticeable when your body faces sudden changes in temperature.

Your in for an interesting discovery, if the above description fits you.

After putting up with this dry cough for many years I read that the challenge was higher than acceptable levels of carbon dioxide in my system. Based on that I figured I had not been breathing correctly at certain tims of the day.

You're welcome to try my remedy - which works well for me - but remember your doctor will not hold this suggestion in high regard as it will be labeled "anecdotal evidence".

Here's what I do.

At the onset of these coughing spasms I take three deep breaths in through my nose and then exhale deeply once - also through the nose. I figure the deep breaths raise the oxygen level in my blood and the the exhaling eliminates the carbon dioxide from my system.

You be the judge with a simple trial. The result for me is my coughing stops.

I hope it works for you.
