Many are complaining that we must send more aid to Africa. Send money, teach them to farm, help clean up environment and give them inexpensive medicines. Well perhaps we are looking at this incorrectly. Perhaps we need to limit the human population there? For instance why not tell the Human Africans to stop breeding like rats?
