When is an article NOT an article? When it's a HOTSHEET.

Hotsheets are a great way to put your business in front of the people that you want to convert to customers.

Who can use a Hotsheet? Just about anyone that's looking for a simple way to promote their business, website, affiliate program, etc.

Let's say that you're a Real Estate Agent trying to get your name out in a manner that will make your name the very first one that comes to mind when people want quality representation.

You might consider putting out a Hotsheet designed to appeal to the buyers you're trying to reach. "10 Things You Should Know BEFORE you buy". You would then have a Hotsheet that would inform your prospect about such things as property location, how to get the best deal on a mortgage, etc.

Producing a Hotsheet that ties into an affiliate program is another great way to drum up business. You would build interest around your subject, then close with a link to your affiliate program, website, etc.

Here's another idea.. Sell your Hotsheet on Ebay! Again, you would build your Hotsheet around the subject of interest, and at the end you would link to your store, affiliate program, website, etc.
