Human wars have actually solved some problems, as in the past civilization controlled their population growth and eliminated too many young men of breading age which would cause chaos for those civilizations, so it probably did help in that regard and solve a problem of potential over population.

Another reason past civilizations so heavily promoted wars with nearby societies and civilizations allowing both parties to war to prevent collapse of their civilization, Unfortunately in the present period this war like human events causes chaos of another type due to the incredible destructive power of modern weapons of war.

America is the greatest nation in the World and sometimes when other nations do not listen, will not sit down to discuss things or are highly combative then political talks break down, when this leads to war it is indeed a tragedy. Wars are not always as bad as they appear to be.

If a nation goes to war to prevent a bigger war, then one could say war in that case is noble. Some believe war is always bad no matter who starts it, yet that is not always the case. Generally wars are bad no matter who starts them, but they are not always bad. Consider this 2006.
