Relationships: How To Overcome Your Shyness Quickly And Painlessly

Shyness is something that many individuals suffer with.

It can literally determine the level of success one achieves in areas such as relationships, career, wealth, happiness, fulfillment etc.

It can be a crippling problem associated with deep feelings of social anxiety, the need to avoid social engagements, an inability to speak in public, feelings of shame and embarrassment, feelings of low self esteem, low self worth, low self confidence, low self image, depression, even suicidal thoughts and attempts.

One of the main underlying factors that feeds and reinforces this problem is a deep need to be liked by others. This can also be felt as a need to be validated, a need to be loved, a need to be accepted, a need to feel secure etc.

When these needs become exaggerated they can lead one to feel extremely insecure and unsafe in situations where they perceive or feel that the needs will not be satisfied. As a result they tend to avoid such situations.

What is interesting is that it is often the perception of lacking safety that is the problem and not the situation itself. In other words the individual's problem resides in what they appear to "believe" about the situation.

Such beliefs are part of an inner emotional landscape which forms as a result of traumatic early life experiences and which remain very active consciously. So active that they intrude on the individual's ability to discern between what is going on inside them versus what is actually going on outside of them.

Another way of saying this is that it's as if they have a "movie" going on in their mind that distorts and interferes with the accurate perception of one's true external reality.

I'm sure you can imagine how confusing and emotionally unsettling this might be if you've never experienced this before.

Many forms of treatment for shyness focus on "forcing" one to go into those uncomfortable situations but few ever really address the "internal movie". By ignoring its presence it never really goes away, rather it lurks there and continues to undermine both one's energy and confidence.

A new modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) can now effectively release the internal "horror" movie once and for all. The effect is like taking off colored glasses that were distorting your vision and finally being able to see clearly what is actually going on.
