This holiday was originally called Secretary's Day, but is now more commonly known as Administrative Professionals Week. Administrative Professionals Week is always the last full week in April, and Wednesday of that week is sometimes called Administrative Professionals Day. The name was changed to more accurately describe the range of duties now performed by these individuals that are critical to any smooth running business. Here are a few ideas on gifts to recognize the administrative professional at your company:
Flowers - flowers are always appreciated, and this holiday is a great time to get a good deal on a floral arrangement. Flowers are most expensive at Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, but they are much cheaper other times of the year.
