Dieting - Is it Overrated?

Many people see dieting as a requirement to their life... But of these many people, how many do you think are willing to buy the latest "innovation" that comes on the market having to do with dieting? From pills, to foods, to carbs, to calories.. You name it.

The fact that people cannot, or refuse to find dieting answers themselves, exploits them to marketers. They become a huge circular bullseye for any dieting products marketer, whether it be a book, or some random pill.

What people don't realize though, is that nobody really cares about their image except themselves. It's themselves who are getting to themselves, if that makes any sense. They don't realize the truth is shrouded beneath their desire to be "in shape" or "good looking".. But instead of taking simple steps, they spend the extra hundred and take the larger steps which they usually slip off of.

The point is, dieting is like an addiction, and if you aren't careful, you may be very vulnerable. Little did you know, they do survery your every move, and every move you make they trace it, and make products to counter. So be careful out there, take the free ways of dieting instead of the expensive ways.
