Asking God for Advance Information and Guidance

When you are involved in an ongoing situation, whether it be a family matter such as how to best handle a situation with your children, or relative with whom there may be difficulties that you are uncertain about how to best handle, or a situation involving a co-worker, no matter what it is about, you can ask in writing God to guide you as to what the best way to handle the situation would be.

As long as your motive is pure, and you have a true heartfelt desire for the best possible guidance, you will receive it in writing.

For example, you can write something such as, Dear God, please guide me as to how to best handle the situation with my aunt the next time she calls me, and what would be the best thing for me to say that is for each of our highest good?

You can apply this to any situation in your life that is weighing on your heart and mind. This is the whole purpose of Higher Self Communication, so you are no longer wondering what you should do, how to handle a certain person, what the best thing to say would be. Why wonder when you can ask God?

You will be amazed at the objective clarity you receive. What will also astound you is how the pure truth will be contained within the answers you receive.

Many times when we do things on our own accord, strictly operating from the five-sensory personality level, we may not be aware that the manner in which we are expressing our feelings might bring more upset to a situation. Alternatively, when we ask God in writing what the best possible thing to say would be, we will always receive the answers that reflect our highest and deepest truth, while simultaneously bringing clarity, resolution and peace to a situation.

I would never guide you to ask for predictions and outcomes as this is entirely disempowering. Moreover, you will not receive them from God because life is meant to be lived and experienced in the moment. It is in the moment that you need the guidance. Naturally, one moment will lead to the next.

Please always remember that whenever you are not sure about what to do in any situation, or concerning any event, such as what to do when so and so comes over to your house a few days from now, you can always ask for advance information to guide you concerning that situation. This is not asking about an outcome. This is asking for guidance about a situation facing you, and one that you may either be upset over or unsure about now.

Always and under all circumstances, take out a note pad and pen and ask God to guide you whenever you are not crystal clear and certain about anything that is happening in your life. Once you get into this habit on a regular basis, just like many people may phone a friend and ask, "What do you think I should do?" This is what you will do far better asking God in writing. When you re-read the answers and guidance you
