It Doesn't Matter

For Martin Luther King Jr.

Like those short guys
Dressed in tuxedos, at the seashore
That is who we are.
Like my black leather dairy,
The pages white.

Though you are cream and I, coffee
We go together in a mug
Soothing tongues.
You and me, judging our contents,
Sticking together
We can make a difference.
