Using EM Cell Tower Plumes to Detect Precursory Earthquake Waves and Predict Quakes

Is it possible to use minor disruptions in the Cell Phone Tower Electro Magnetic Plumes to detect the precursory Earthquake waves so we can predict Earthquakes and save millions of people from harm or death?

Well one online think tank thinks it might be possible and has began discussing this very question and much of this topic would need to address the power not just the radio transmissions. But using the detection of disruptions in the EM plumes of Cell towers can do everything from finding a rogue stealth enemy fighter plane to detecting the potential eventuality of a near foreseeable Earthquake by reading the precursory emissions of very low frequencies and or very high frequencies, even light waves, etc from the Earth causing a raucous.

And to these points, sure the human scientists will wish to debate me on this, especially if they did not think of it first or are working on a different method and there are several indeed. Humans will eventually figure this out, but they need a little help really. There many sciences and tangents to research, which lead them all over the place often and then they discover things by chance and go back to the beginning of a faulty branch of science which was led astray by miss-appropriations of funding in the publish or perish world of cutthroat academia.

Silly humans, well at least they do have perseverance to press on, I will give them that and would add if it were not for human will, the species [modern humans] with that large of a brain and need for protein is not so viable for a multi-hundreds of millions years of evolution. I wish they would get off their asses and do something, talk about slow motion? Sheesh? Consider this in 2006.
