Many people would like to start their own business but they do not have a lot of money. Obviously, it does not take very much to start a window washing business because there's not a lot of equipment to buy.

For instance you need a really good squeaky, which cost in the neighborhood of $40-60 or a couple of them and a dual hole bucket. Also it makes sense to use distilled water or have some type of water softener at your home to make ultra-purified water to use and some good soap.

Once you get in good with customers in a gated community or higher-end clientele and do excellent work you will find yourself with the full schedule. Perhaps you might consider getting into the window washing business. The risk is low and the costs are much less than other businesses and you can run the business from your home.
